Plans at the huge lot on South 8th Street between Kent and Wythe have been in place for a long time; we covered work there back in 2008, but permits go back all the way to 2004. This new building permit was approved just this month at the site. When we stopped by we saw some construction but no actual work. There also isn’t a whole lot of maintenance going on either! Any Williamsburg residents see much action here? GMAP
