260 North 9th Street, a Williamsburg development that first got off the ground in 2009, is reaching completion. Someone on the site told us construction should wrap in three-and-a-half months, “God willing.” The most recent plan is for six stories and 18 units, although the architect is no longer Scarano alum Natalya Donstoy.
