Neighbors say there’s been ongoing construction activity at two developments that have taken their time coming to fruition on Luquer between Clinton and Henry. At 100 Luquer, the skinny and extremely contextual Karl Fischer-designed project that was stalled until last November, a crane recently made an appearance and work is steadily progressing. Meanwhile, at the western end of the block, 671 Henry has also come back from the dead. (This is how it was looking last summer.) Doesn’t seem like there are listings for either, yet, though.
