The first thing that jumps out at you about this 1,236-square-foot condo at 70 Washington Street in Dumbo isn’t the massive columns or the views of Manhattan, it’s the wallpaper. Somebody in this apartment definitely digs wallpaper. It’s quite tasteful stuff but it seems to be in every room, which is unusual for a loft. At $1,159,000, the tenth floor pad is actually one of the cheaper ones in the building; it’s also probably one of the nicest. Granted it’s only got one official bedroom, but that home office is calling out for a crib. In the end, it all comes down to what you think those views are worth, since there are larger, cheaper apartments available on lower floors in the building.
