  1. True, dibs, just a little while, the freckles thing was metaphor, since you are right, I am a whitey. I was just walking around with sun outside and 70 degrees and it felt good. Not long. I have learned my lesson.

  2. I got a few freckles this afternoon in sunny, sleepy West Central Florida; all is well with the world and I’m happy to have a little break from the snow and NY. Family is in one piece and still laughing despite all the challenges. Have a good night, PLUSAs.

  3. “just because some things can’t be proven with science, that doesn’t prove the existence of some higher being”

And where did I say such a thing? My point was solely that there is a limit to what science can explain. Hence, science cannot disprove the existence of God. For some folks, like my professor and myself, science and religion can easily co-exist.

  4. “One of my professors of Physics was Aaron Yalow, a great physicist in his own right, and the husband of a Nobel Prize winner in science. He was a msan of science, and a devout Jew, who taught us to recognize the limits of science. After we had studied some fundamental physics relationship (say, F = ma, to take a simple example) someone would inevitably ask: “But why is this law true?”, to which he would always answer: “You’ll have to ask God that question”.”
