We’ve been watching for the opening of Van Horn, the soon-to-be sandwich joint at 231 Court. Well, Carroll Gardens Patch tells us it’s now open and serving southern-style sandwiches like fried chicken, pulled pork and fried catfish. It’ll be open for lunch and dinner and hopefully expand into a breakfast spot. (Van Horn also has a full liquor licence.) Apparently the renovated space, which includes table seating for 20 and a backyard garden, is pretty sleek. Anyone been in yet? Update: Eater has some inside shots.
