The owner of the Sleepy’s building at 116 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights has had approval to build a three-story addition with a brick facade since 2007. (Here’s a rendering from almost a year ago.) Well, the addition is finally taking shape. Two of the three new floors are now framed out. The last permit says that there will be six residential units once the building’s done.
