111 Kent Avenue disappeared into oblivion for awhile; the last time we checked, which was in March 2009, there were only nine (out of 62) units available and no recorded sales. And although the 111 Kent website is still up, there’ve been no live listings for awhile. Maybe that will change soon: Last week the development was sold to a new owner. ACRIS shows the sale of 117 Kent (the official address), recorded on November 17th, for a whopping $43,635,540.69. The buyer was a company called the Garrison Investment Group. Anyone know anything about them?
