  1. No offense Mr. and Mrs. New Owners of 14 Garden place… but… ummm… you have far more money than sense. Don’t get me wrong, you got a great deal if you compare your house to some of your neighbors. However, that’s not saying much. In the meantime, can I have, say, $50,000. That’s probably close to a meaningless sum of money for you, but it would mean the world to me.
