Looks like streeteasy got it wrong. The deed says $4.2 million. Check acris.
It looks like it’s wrong on streeteasy. The city records say $4.2 Million.
My GOD…5.25 million for this place??? Stunned doesn’t sum it up. Stupefied?
No offense Mr. and Mrs. New Owners of 14 Garden place… but… ummm… you have far more money than sense. Don’t get me wrong, you got a great deal if you compare your house to some of your neighbors. However, that’s not saying much. In the meantime, can I have, say, $50,000. That’s probably close to a meaningless sum of money for you, but it would mean the world to me.
