This fancy duplex at 35 Prospect Park West was a Co-op of the Day when it hit the market in June 2008. The asking price back then was $4,950,000. It failed to sell at that price and since then has suffered the indignity of another four price cuts, the most recent of which (in September) brought the price down to $3,000,000. It’s a beautiful apartment so how low can it go? That maintenance of $4,227 can’t be helping.
