If $2,200,000 seems like a low asking price for a single-family house on Willow Place, that’s because it is. 24 Willow Place isn’t without its charms, but that asking price would undoubtably be quite a bit higher if there were more original detail left in the house and the scale of the place was a little grander. Still, nothing to sniff at. And location, location, location!

Not deep, ugly interior….unappealing.
Take it out of Brooklyn Heights and it’s got nothing going for it.
I think BH is much improved as a neighborhood since the opening of the new park. It really only had the promenade up till that point, now an excellent park really adds to the amenities.
I did find parking on Willow this very weekend after I circumnavigated the neighborhood for 20 minutes.
Thwack, I would too! Fully renovated, nice big windows and views of the harbor, and probably 30% more usable space for the same stated sf. No contest!
