There’s not much in the way of pictures for this Williamsburg rental at 265 Berry, snatched from the Brownstoner Marketplace, but we’re still intrigued. (How can you not include a photo of the facade and the parlor floor?!) The monthly rent, at $4,950 a month, isn’t bad for what’s basically house (though in this case it’s technically just a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom triplex within a house). The kitchen looks newly renovated, which is a nice plus, but we’d still like to see more of the “brick, wood, and details.” The photo of the stairs suggests there’s more good stuff here.
