This 20-foot-wide brick house at 242 Bergen Street in Boerum Hill was on the market for back in June for $2,995,000 before getting yanked in July. It just re-emerged this week with a new price tag of $2,750,000. The recently renovated double-duplex is quite a looker but even so that asking price is hardly a lay-up in the current market.
