11 Broadway, the recently-scaled-back mixed-use project overlooking Kent Avenue, has found a lifeline, reports Curbed. Its developers, L + M (of 414 Hicks, among others) just lined up a new financing package this week. Now that they’ve got the money to build the 160-unit rental project, they’re also focused on finding a grocery store to rent the 35,000 square feet of retail space.
