The one-time laundromat at Court and 1st Place is becoming a fast food joint, says a tipster who asked construction workers on the job. “Based on the ‘hood and size of the space, I’d venture to say it’s either going to be a Subway or a Five Guys,” they said. This spot is also across the street from a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts combo. Anyone have any inside information on this one? GMAP

Dear God, please don’t put a Five Guys that close to my house. Having the buffer between me and the one in Brooklyn Heights is the only thing that keeps me from eating there every day.
