If you don’t mind the small bedroom, this one-bedroom co-op at 132 Joralemon Street in Brooklyn Heights looks like a winner to us. In addition to the great location, this brownstone apartment has tons of old-world charm, living and dining areas and its own private terrace. From the sliver we can see in one photo, it looks like the kitchen might only be of mediocre finish, but it’s hard to tell. Overall, lovely place though.
