Over on Duffield Street, across from the recently-opened Sheraton, the construction of the V3 hotel is really humming along. When we checked in back in May, the sliver of a building was at six stories out of an eventual 19; now it’s at 15. To refresh, the Thomas O’Hara-designed building will have 130 rooms.
