After sitting empty for the last couple of years, the retail space at the 303-unit development at 306 Gold Street known at the Oro will finally be filled. As evidenced by the notice in the window, the storefront facing Flatbush Avenue will be a wine store. (The other retail space, the one facing Gold Street, we hear will be an AllState Insurance office.)
