A tipster thinks it may be related to the Latin American restaurant Tio Pio in Downtown Brooklyn. He notes there’s also restaurant in midtown Manhattan with the similar name (Tio Pio West) and logo in Manhattan, which serves Peruvian-style fried and rotisserie chicken.
