This new listing at 155 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights is very charming indeed. The prewar co-op has beamed ceilings, original wood floors and nice light; the rooms sizes are decent too. The only obvious drawback of the $469,000 co-op appears to be that there’s not a separate kitchen, just a wall kitchenette. Nice place overall though, for sure.
