A new affordable housing development is going up at 521 St. Marks Avenue in Crown Heights. Called the St. Marks Gardens, this project is going to be eight stories tall and include 38 affordable apartments. In this building’s very early stages the blog I Love Franklin Avenue pulled up a rendering which looks a little different than what seems to be materializing.
