The Shelton, the new 83-unit income-restricted development in Bed Stuy is moving along pretty quickly. In May, we noted the ribbon-cutting after the building topped off and now most of the brick is up. It is expected to be finished in March 2011, with prices ranging from $126,500 to $442,500.
