kitchenreis1.jpgReis 100 Sandwich Factory in Park Slope has been reinvented as Kitchen Reis, a small plates joint. According to the menu on their website, they’ve whittled down their hundred sandwiches to three—pork tonnato ($10), a B.L.T. ($8), and a grilled cheese ($7). They’re also serving oysters (M/P), duck hash ($10), short ribs over polenta ($10), and a variety of meats, cheese, and vegetables. An early review from Yelper Heather M. says, “The stand out dish, hands down, was the trout almondine with whipped potatoes [$9]. I scraped my plate clean. Also of note was the braised endives. Really excellent.” For now, Kitchen Reis is B.Y.O.B.
