Check out this footage Gabby took of a condo auction last night in Philly. Pretty interesting to see how the auctioneer squeezes out an extra $16,000 after hitting an initial wall of $380,000. Has anyone been to one of these things in New York?

  1. The ‘auctions’ at 360 Adams are nothing short of the typical slime that you find in that building.
Some nubies drop by hoping to get a bargin but are all but shut out by the regulars that inhabit this sordid little world. The refs are, for the most part, second or third rate lawyers, and most of the “buyers” know each other. The “biding” is fast and furious at times.
It is cheap theater at best
By all means go.. but enter on the side of the building,
for the building records, and make your way upstais.
You will avoid that pesky securiy line.
