You sure are hostile to 360 Adams and its regular inhabitants considering you know the best shortcut to get in.
The ‘auctions’ at 360 Adams are nothing short of the typical slime that you find in that building.
Some nubies drop by hoping to get a bargin but are all but shut out by the regulars that inhabit this sordid little world. The refs are, for the most part, second or third rate lawyers, and most of the “buyers” know each other. The “biding” is fast and furious at times.
It is cheap theater at best
By all means go.. but enter on the side of the building,
for the building records, and make your way upstais.
You will avoid that pesky securiy line.
