New Look at 205 Water in Advance of LPC Hearing

We showed you one view of Toll Brothers’ proposed plans for 205 Water Street last month. This morning, Curbed has a few more renderings that are currently on view at the Landmarks Preservation Commission in advance of tomorrow’s hearing; the two we’ve pulled out show the views from Plymouth Street (left) and Water Street (right). Wonder what they’re going to say about that penthouse tower that’s visible from Plymouth.
