We told you about Green Desk’s planned expansion into the retail business back in January. Well, sometime in March tenants began moving into the mini-mall and as of Friday when we walked through, it looked like about half the spaces were occupied. The product mix and presentation doesn’t look like it will have a lot of appeal for folks who live and work in Dumbo but we suspect they’ll get decent foot traffic from the tourist crowd.
