This figure was stated yesterday by a senior GFI representative (building brokers) at a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce real estate executive committee.
Interesting that the ads that accompany the page of this piece alternate between the two directly competing buildings: Avalon Ft. Greene and The Brooklyner.
