Big news for people who care about the Dumbo skyline and developers playing by the rules. It appears that the Guttmans are being forced to take down the five-story addition they put on top of 53 Bridge Street back in 2005 to bring it into zoning compliance; they also seem to be taking down the eighth floor as well, for reasons we are not exactly sure of.
