This two-bedroom co-op at 220 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn Heights is crazy, as in crazy awesome! The woodwork, the plaster ceilings, the views, the massive roof garden, the oval foyer—they all rock. For an 1,800-square-foot apartment the monthly maintenance of $1,556 is quite reasonable. How about the asking price of $2,125,000? It’s got enough one-of-a-kind virtues going for it that we won’t surprised if it gets close.

  1. “Nomi — are you effing kidding?! Of course rich people are fucking fair game! Rich people are rich and comfortable and want for very little or nothing…” (tybur6)

I don’t think you know a lot about rich people.

  2. this is a big ugg for the price. horrible layout, dark dark dark in the main living space – the largest space has zero light, those dark walls, and that oppressive ceiling.

if the view matters, find it elsewhere – at that price, you have tons of options.

this place needs so much work – kitchen sucks, and god knows what else needs help.

it’s just too small too. not a family apt. i guess perfect for some old lady or gay gentlemen.
