Since we broke the news last September above the lawsuit surrounding brownfield issues at 388 Bridge Street in Downtown Brooklyn, we haven’t heard a peep about the case. We did notice that a bunch of permits that had been applied for in 2008 were approved by DOB last month, though, so we decided to swing by last week for a look. As far as we could tell, the site was still on lockdown. Anyone heard what’s going on here?
