The obvious bummer about this one-bedroom condo at 110 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn is the single, window-guarded window in the living room. And while the 16-foot ceilings do partially make up for that short-coming, the apartment’s just not as sweet, in our opinion, as the ones upstairs, despite having all the same (very nice) finishes. And with the asking price of $550,000, the seller’s also trying to get a 10 percent mark-up on what he paid in 2007, something we can’t really see a reason for given the current market.
