It’s hard to form too strong an opinion about this limestone house at 273 Brooklyn Avenue given the lack of interior photos (or at least of ones that show much). Clearly the exterior is very attractive (except for those little awnings!) and there appears to be quite a lot of interior detail. Given that the same family has lived there for 40 years, it would not be surprising if much original detail were in place. And at 4,640 square feet, this is not a small house. Still, the asking price of $899,000 is optimistic in this market environment.
