Construction resumed on 360 Smith Street—one of the controversial recent-vintage Carroll Gardens developments that led some in the neighborhood to push for new zoning regs and a bigger landmark footprint—several months ago. Nowadays, some of the project’s skeleton is visible above the construction fence surrounding the closed-off subway station at 2nd and Smith, and the photo above is what the inside of the site looks like. The condo is eventually supposed to go by the moniker Oliver House.
