We’ve been wondering how the apartments at 80 Dekalb were renting and have been getting completely blown off by the marketing gurus at Citi Habitats so we’ll have to just eye-ball it. Judging from this photo taken on Monday at around 5 p.m. we’d guess that at least a quarter of the units are taken so far. If anyone knows any real numbers, please shoot us an email. We won’t tell on you. UPDATE: So we weren’t too far off the mark. According to someone who should know, all of the affordable units and 25% of the market rate ones have been rented.
