Nothing’s hit public records yet, but an announcement on the Brooklyn Free School’s website says that the seven-year-old school has purchased the five-story brownstone at 372 Clinton Avenue. It’s about time! The 25-foot-wide house had been on the market since mid-2006. The most recent asking price was $1,999,000. Sounds like a nice addition to the neighborhood.
