After a year and a half and a roller coaster ride of price increases and cuts, the recently renovated townhouse at 234 Kane Street in Cobble Hill finally sold last week for $3,200,000, more than its original asking price of $2,950,000 but well south of its peak ask of $4,075,000. Not surprisingly, the average widget appraisal came in at about 11 percent less than the selling price.
