After a year and a half and a roller coaster ride of price increases and cuts, the recently renovated townhouse at 234 Kane Street in Cobble Hill finally sold last week for $3,200,000, more than its original asking price of $2,950,000 but well south of its peak ask of $4,075,000. Not surprisingly, the average widget appraisal came in at about 11 percent less than the selling price.

Ah, Interesting. I saw a group of 5 or 6 people standing out front several days ago, and wondered if they were buyers. They seemed to be pondering the facade and giving the block a good look.
According to Wikipedia, she’s no longer dating Spike Jonze (aka, Adam Spiegel)… so maybe I should stalk her for a while and figure out how to trick her into marrying me. I really just want the house and it’s 37 car garage.

It was never Heath Ledgers house. It was Michelle Williams’ house (Heath Ledger lived there with her for a time) and she still lives there. I see her from time to time. She’s cute.
