In honor of 150 4th Avenue reaching its full height of 12 stories last week, here’s a reminder of where it’s been and where it’s going. The site, which is between Douglass and Butler, used to be home to a row of old tenement buildings that were demolished a couple of years ago. In their place is an Ismael Leyva-designed building that will eventually have 95 units.
