After all the drama and anticipation leading up to the opening of F. Martinella at 117 Court Street last year, the slick deli went belly up after nine months. Now it looks like someone else is going to try a similar concept in the space: A sign just went up in the window announcing the Court Diner Deli. We hear the owner was asking over $140 a foot at one point, but it seems unlikely he would have gotten that at this point. Still, even at $100 a foot, this place will have to sling a lot of hash to make rent. GMAP
