This house at 443 11th Street in Park Slope may or may not be worth $1,375,000, but the lack of interior photos sure doesn’t work in its favor. The three-story, three-family place clearly doesn’t have interiors to brag about (it “needs renovation”) but it would be nice to know whether there’s any molding left or whether the bathrooms are tolerable. Without any of that info and therefore assuming the worst, we’re left feeling pretty skeptical about that asking price. How about you?
