There’s nothing flashy about it, but it’s well laid out, has three exposures, a foyer, windowed kitchen, etc. The maintenance is also only $780 a month. And the asking price also seems reasonable at $650,000. It’ll probably go for a little less because that’s what listings do these days, but it probably won’t miss the market by much.
