It’s taken some price-cutting to arrive at this point, seven of the eleven new townhouses at 614 7th Avenue are now in contract, according to the broker. (StreetEasy only shows six.) What’s more, the broker says that there are contracts out on another two. That’s quite a turnaround for a project that got no traction for most of the year!
