362 Myrtle Conversion Now for Sale

The three-story brownstone building at the corner of Myrtle and Adelphi in Fort Greene changed hands in 2004 for $760,000. Since then, the new owner managed to lease the ground-floor retail space to Carver Federal Savings Bank, though a smaller office space at the rear of the building remains unrented. Before Thanksgiving, the four residential units on the upper two floors hit the market as separate condos, all priced between $400,000 and $485,000. From the street, however, it certainly looks like all four units are currently occupied.
