Now they’re asking $1,150,000 for the place. The listing portrays the house as a good condo alternative, which isn’t a bad way to think of it, given the size and finishes. It’s pretty pricey on a per square foot basis for a house in this area but for someone who wants to be right across from the park in a totally refinished space maybe it’ll do the trick.
