This new building at 527 Lincoln Place looks pretty upscale for a new building in Crown Heights. Turns out the architect of the seven-story, 24-unit building is Kutnicki Bernstein, who’ve done a bunch of projects in Williamsburg and Downtown Manhattan. Another project of theirs is nearby at 840 Bergen as well. This one on Lincoln Place looks pretty far along, though there appears to be a Partial Stop Work Order in place.
