The drumroll for the new Pies’n’ Thighs space in Williamsburg has been a long one: Eater’s mentioned it more than a dozen times in the last 18 months. A couple of weeks ago the blog mentioned a target opening date of November 1, which looked realistic when we stopped by the new storefront at 166 South 4th Street a few days ago.
