Now that’s progress! When we photographed 414 Hicks Street, L&M’s 148-unit residential project on the Columbia Street side of the BQE, back in July, the foundations were being laid. Now you can see the top of the first floor poking its cute little head over the top of the fence. Remember: About two-thirds of the apartments will be rentals and the rest will be condos.
