Things have gone remarkably well for Green on Dean, the 6-unit condo project at 357 Dean Street on the edge of Boerum Hill. The first four closings that happened in September just hit public records, and as far as we can tell from the confusing data on StreetEasy, one other unit is in contract. Given the market over the past year, an .833 batting average ain’t bad.
