Per the photo above, the old Drama Cafe space on 5th Avenue near the corner of 4th Street appears to be transforming into “Rico Cafe,” and it will specialize in “Latin flavor.” Drama closed a couple years back. The inside of the space doesn’t look like it’s seen any major upgrades during that time, but perhaps they will be forthcoming. GMAP
