This 800-square-foot one-bedroom at 70 Washington Street in Dumbo has been bouncing around for some time. It started out in February of 2008 with Sotheby’s asking $799,00 and never sold. Elliman got the nod back in May, kicking off its campaign with an asking price of $745,000. The price was reduced to $699,000 in July, which is where it sits now. While hardly a give-away, the $871-per-square-foot level is actually on the low side for the building. What do you think it’ll take to get this baby sold?
