We’re not entirely sure about the chronology and mix of brokerage firms that have had their hands in the mix of selling 353 6th Street. According to StreetEasy, Douglas Elliman, Bond New York and Citi Habitats have all had some role in marketing the six-unit conversion project since it hit the market last spring. According to the listing broker at Citi Habitats, although five units still show up as being available, there are accepted offers on all of them; they’re still being shown until the contracts are signed though. Anyone been inside these?
